Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review
Another quick beauty review of something I wasn’t planning to review but I liked it so much I just had to blog about it!
I’d never used a cleansing water until I was given a freebie Clarins one a few months ago. My usual routine is hot cloth cleanser to remove make up on an evening and a clay face wash in the shower the next day. Therefore I only use cleansing water on days when I’ve not worn make up or am not showering in the morning.
For those occasions, this is ideal and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean (and much better than the Clarins water I’d been using). It’s also amazing value – 400ml for less than £3!
However, the reason why I want to rave about it is because of the lazy nights when I’ve used this instead of my hot cloth cleanser to remove make up. It takes two cotton wool pads but it did a fantastic job of removing the (many) layers of make up I wear daily.
The Clarins cleansing water I had been using couldn’t remove a day’s worth of make up at all and is obviously a lot more expensive of the Garnier offering.
I know there were a million reviews of this when it came out but I just couldn’t help raving about this! It makes me think I should try a few more Garnier skincare products in the future.
Have you tried this? What do you think?
